Do NOT confuse installing a wrap with graphics that do not use air release adhesive.

You DO NOT put a wrap on wet, EVER.

Just wanted to clear that up.

OP, for what you want to do it sounds like a wrap is the way to go and luckily for you, your hull doesnt looks that hard to do !
