Running WOT, Either too much air or something plugged up the left bank water hose to the manifold, but when I slowed down to go into the Casino, lost the left bank of the motor to water and it stalled. The entire inside of the manifold was melted. Not sure about the engine damage yet. It hasent been a good fall.

Really sorry to hear that Formula31. Musta been major heat to do that. Your running the cast iron heads? Aluminum manifolds? Maybe the damage will be less than you think. Good luck borther and keep us posted.

Fortunately , Its the engine thats getting the full treatment and new heads this winter anyway, But Im sick of these Gils and looking for something a little more user friendly with close twins. Just wont give up my silent choice since I get in and out of the marina at all hrs. Thanks for the concern, it sucked going back to the marina at 8 mph, 2.5 hr ride.
