Mine are just a piece of aluminum tubing with a 45 degree angle cut on the end. The other end of the tubing is tapped and is threaded into a reducing bushing. This bushing is then threaded into the tank bung.

I just made some for my boat. Welded new bungs into the top of the tank, then took some 5/8" I.D. stainless tubing, and welded it into a 3/4" N.P.T. by -12 A.N. adapter. Not too bad of a job while the motor is out.
