Warehouse storage ( heated ) KC area

I'm looking for a place I can work on the boat while its winter out, boats to big for my shop, let me know if there's anything in the Kansas city area. Somebody has to have a boat man cave.....

Don’t they have them caves they park stuff in around the KC area.?

stays at a constant temperature year round.
