I found almost no pump has the coast guard cert on them. This is my main issue.

Ignition protection is not on normal car pumps.

I am trying to find a way to mod the cool fuel for more performance or a reason cost aftermarket systems for 650 HP

The black aeromotive ones have uscg ratings, if you find a drop in that fits all the factory cool fuel lines post it up as I havent ever found anything. The only other thing you could possibly do and on a stock pump I have no idea how long it would live but you could boost the voltage to it. I did it in the past with a aeromotive eliminator that couldnt keep up, it lasted well over 200 hours and was still working when I removed it.
