I'd also suggest putting the T after the sea water pump. With the present set up if your intercooler drains down by itself, you could end up sucking air into your sea water pump which does not end well for the impellar.

All great ideas out there and thanks for the inputs...
An idea i thought of was i have another hole already drilled in my drive cavitation plate. The other side already has a drive shower.
My thought was to install another drive shower line on the cavitation plate and run a through transom fitting to a sea strainer and then straight to the intercooler. Should definitely have enough pressure running..

a 3/8 line supply line ?? most inter coolers require a -12 feed and discharge.........what type of cooler are you using

yeah, a little drive shower line isn`t going to feed anything especially an intercooler. You need lots of volume and at least 10 psi.

Looks like a modified M4 cooler, small hose feeding it, I would put water to it from the sea water pump, it will still reach 150 or so degrees after a mile at or near wide open throttle.

GPM- it's currently teed of the sea water pressure hose. This was an older pic as I have removed the air filter and have a supercharger mesh cover on the inlet to prevent debris from getting in there
