B&M (Holley/Weiand) 174 blower intake manifold corrosion

My BBC Gen V intake manifold has some corrosion that has reduced the thickness of the rectangular port. As this is above the engine valley between the heads I was wondering if the corrosion is too much?

I had similar issue with my 525sc intake. I had it welded and surfaced.
