Default Hardin Log Manifolds

Hello I have a set of Hardin aluminum log manifolds that have 3.0 outlets on the snails. I would like to know if they make an adapter to 4.0 or if they can be converted to 4.0" The boat is a Sutphen 20' with a Ford 460 with a Berkley jet. The previous owner had a set of Basset water injected headers under the closed cover and I do not want to run them. The through the hull outlets are 4.0" I was thinking I could machine out the old 3.0" outlets and weld in new pipes but after looking at them I am not sure if that will be feasible. Least I could do is weld a 4.0 pipe over the 3.0" to plug weld the inside and outside.
