Reversion? Condensation? on Stock Motor

Okay, so i have solved the ignition and injector problems and it seems to me that now all cylinders are running. Engine runs fine now. I have a little condensation in the risers but the cylinders seem to be dry now. I have a better look with the bore cam later. I have also no flappers in it right now. could this cause anything?
The plugs are pretty black, except for the 2 cylinders i had problems with before. this 2 are much cleaner. Had 10 minutes of runtime yesterday. MAybe the valve stem seals are not sitting good and these 2 are better? Last time you saw the plugs were literally un-jused. now the two have gained some color but not as black as the others are. Must check the heads guy what was done to the stem seals. maybe 6 are just not sealing right.
Some more to check? or slap it in the boat and test drive it?
2nd from left was the cylinder that didn't spark before.
2nd From right was the cylinder that had the faulty injector before.
Thanks for all the input!
Philipp

They look normal to me for a stock engine. Most stockers i've seen are setup to run on the rich side so Id say slap that baby in and run it

How warm are you getting it? A stock 502 mag tune adds 20% ECT enrichment at 68f/20c and 9% at 106f/40c so IF it doesn't fully warm up, your plugs will be real .black. Another common mistake that often happens with mefi3/502/454s is the vacuum hose to efi regulator gets left off, cracked, broken etc and where it would normally pull fuel pressure down to around 34/35 at idle, it will be at 41 give or take and also run rich, Smitty

I will check this next time it is running. It is sitting in the boat now. I have had 12°C outside when it was running, and it didnt run too long of a time, maybe 10 mins. I didnt see how warm it was but i still could touch the manifolds they were just hand warm.
In the boat i have fuel press gauge, so if i get a sender in there i can see if all the fuel pressure is right. The small vacuum hose is new.
Thanks!
