What was the cooling set up on the dyno? I would bet your engines see more water pressure being on the lake then on the dyno.

Did any of the head bolts or intake manifold bolts require sealant during assembly?

Oh NO!! Sorry to hear, I know you have a lot of work into this! It could be a lot of things that could cause this, did your builder Magnaflux or check the blocks for cracks? Might post your cam specs here, someone might be able to tell you if its reversion. Do you have Gen IV or V/VI blocks, this matters on head gaskets?

sick is a understatement right now.

we did mag flux and check etc no cracks block wise..

as for gaskets and such that is what was wrong the first go around they where all wrong and mis matched the list goes on there lol.

gen 6 blocks.

the only thing that has changed since dyno day is that they are now “ marinized” for the lack of better words lol so my thoughts is it’s something to do with the system being put back on maybe?

only info I have on cam is as follows

What are these white “ specs” in my manifolds 3 of them have it 1 don’t?
