Believe that to be reversion ?

The white specs looks to be moisture during idle. That much isn't going to cause you issue. Intake gasket? Head bolts? Wrong head gasket?

Educational opportunity for me....

Since several have mentioned reversion, how would reversion lead to water in the oil? I always though it just finds its way back to the valves or maybe into the cylinders....?

I get what reversion is, and I know they state "add water to the oil".... But how? If all else is in order (gaskets, rings, etc...), how does water get from the exhaust tract into the oil?

I always thought water would leak past the rings. Water burns much slower than gas and the metal to metal seal of a piston ring to cylinder wall + the ring gap would be enough to allow any sitting water to seep past and into the crank case. It does not take much water at all to make oil look milky. Based on the pictures 87cigcafe posted of his oil I don't think there was very much water in there.

How was the cooling system set up on the dyno ? Was there any water pressure being built up like it would in operation ? Are the exhaust manifolds the only thing that is different from the dyno ?

Could it be excessive water press pushing past an intake gasket? Is there a water press gauge installed? I do see a cross-over pipe in place of the recirc pump and an aftermarket thermostat (I believe) in prev pics.
