Rock and a hard place for sure Brad.
Apparently the stock 8.1l heads had issues trying to get larger exh seats for 1 88 valves. Cutting large pockets for the seats were getting into the water jackets.
Seems they really cast these paper thin all around.
MIke Jones from Jones Cams is around the best for custom cams. He has a full page questionnaire for cam recommendation. Custom Rollers are $541

Focussing on the complementing the ProCharger is likely the key.

Not really. We are just going to do the best we can with the heads we have, the stock exhaust and the SilentChoice. Like I said, I’m not looking for anything dramatic. Just want to close the gap between the stock cam and the Raylar 211, without getting into reversion.
Builder already has two shops that can grind anything we want; we just need to determine numbers. He’s got software that will predict results, but not reversion. We ran a number of options through it, and found several that worked, but his “Shouldn't be a problem” isn’t totally reassuring. Again, I trust him, and he IS a marine engine builder, so he gets it. I’d just rather take a more conservative approach and NOT have to pull the engine to change cams when we discover we’ve got reversion, if we can at all avoid it. What I’m hoping for is for someone to cite numbers they have used with similar setups, at least in regard to the exhaust and silent choice, that have worked.
Thanks. Brad.

I’d go with a more aggressive cam and buy the wife some sound canceling head phones. That way the Silent Choice System can be sold and the proceeds can support a purchase for some better flowing heads. Just thinking outside of the box a bit.

Everyone remember, the OP is currently only using 2lbs boost. There’s more to be had there. Ie: turn it up…if more power is being looked for.

If the op and builder are looking for help on the internet determining what cam specs need to be to not get reversion, I would be looking for another builder/cam designer.
