dmann, do a search for procharger and 454 or 502 and you should find enough info for hours of reading.

I would like to hear about it from an offshore member that has put a procharger on their boat. I looked up procharger and of course Procharger has all of the possitive things to say, just wanted to hear it from someone that has put one on.

Thumbs up

dmann,
I installed a stage II Procharger last year and so far it works great! I gained about 16 mph on a 27 Fountain. The only thing I dont like is the soot on the back of the boat, but I would rather run a little rich and be safe.

That is the kind of input I am looking for, thanks. What motor do you have? How many hours have you put on the motor since install of procharger?

Running buddy had them on his boat (twin 454mpi w/ stage 1 procharger). Has had them for 3 seasons now & no problems. I was so inpressed. All he has done is put in gas, & change oil

What size boat does he have? And do you know the speed increase he got with them?

Thanks for the input

No, dmann, he meant do a search HERE ON OSO for prochargers (go to the forums pulldown and pick search and enter procharger as keyword). Hours of reading for sure...
