Sence we are on this timming subject, do you think there is anything to gain from retarding or advancing a stock 454 cam. Most of us can change the timing set in the boat in an afternoon but you need to pull the motor out to change the cam. Just a though for that last little bit that might be lurking inside. Any one who wants to answer with there opinion feel free. Thanks Rag's
