Which Spark Plugs work better?

The 1998 and older used the BR6FS and they are affordable. In '99 they went to the BR6FVX. I dont know what the difference in the plug is but I think Merc went to the MEFI3 system in '99. New ECU new plug I guess.

OK Ok , i use Ac-MR43T's but at one time I did run a set of Split fires. They worked pretty good and helped solve an idle fouling problem but the ceramic insulator is solid and not ribbed like other plugs and the spark plugs boots welded themselves to the plugs and I had a heck of a time getting the plug wires off. Threw them all in the garbage after that.

www.sparkplugs.com has the NGK-BR6FVX for $6.40 apiece. Thats $51.20 plus shipping. Not bad!
