Well there are a few options as you can see from Wally and Forest. My suggestion is to design your dream system and then start to build it slowly in the boat the way it will be when done.

It will not cause any sound problems as you are only dealing with left and right channel;s only so having front and rear will not matter. But it will in the cabin if you use the front and rear rca's. Forrest
