What problems would there be on a MPI Engine if you were running engine temperature water through the cool fuel cooler?
Would or could this be contributing to my problems on the dyno?

Pantera, you'd probably be better off with no cooler if that's the case. Sounds like you are just heating the fuel. Warm fuel is very unstable and aeriates very easily causing cavitation problems which obviously leads to more problems. On EFI you are already heating the fuel when pressurized. Starting with warm fuel would just add to that. The cooler should be well before the cross over and (in my opinion) before the other coolers.
