Question FireRing Gasket? Merc Manifolds

Went to the dealer and got what appears to be another new style fire ring gasket. Not metalic in color any more. I also see a new bulletin on lowerunits.com. The merc dealer said assemble dry, and bulletin states using 510 sealer. Can anyone give me the straight and skinny and tell me where to get 510 sealer?

Question Additionally

I am installing the transom assembly and they said use weather strip glue to hold the seal to the transom assembly and install dry, torque, and seal along edge with silycone. Is this also correct? Thanks a million!
