Merc spline grease on propshaft?
After reading Scott's post a while back I realized thatI was using some wrong grease in the wrong places
I bought some of that Merc spline grease for the drive couplers, and someone also told me to use it on the propshafts as well.
Well, I opened the tube last night and the stuff seems to be too thin for use on the propshaft
Is it ok to use, or should I use 2-4-c instead?

Use the same marine grease used for the couplers, trailer hubs, and steering. It heavy duty, doesn't mix with water and bottom line, provides corrosion protection...
