Default repairable or rebiuld?

ok my truck is kind of screwwed up. I'm 99% sure its the intake gasket atht blew not teh head gasket.

as a result coolant got pisssed into the engine and oil and i have an engien full of chocolate milk. Is there any reasonable way to remove the choc milk with teh negin is assembled (partially) and in the truck?

i have spare 350 vortec but if i can remove the old funky oil without changing out the old engine for the new one it would make things much simpler.

see the attached pics and give me your advice.

oh i am well aware taht it is funky lookgin i will be sellign this truck as soon as it goe sback together. BUT i want to make sure it isn't going to blow up on the new owner.

I need a dually.....

Puder I think you just keep changing the oil. As soon as you fix the problem then the little bit that is left should burn off after a couple oil changes.

sio just put her back together (witha new intake gasket) and change the oil a bunch of time?

Before you do anything you want to be 100% sure it's not a head gasket or cracked head. If they are OK then If you just replace the intake gaskets and it is not the head gasket or head you should be fine, as long as it didn't run too long with antifreeze in oil. You will have to change the oil several times, do not run it long between changes, only a few minutes. Most should come out. The rest will evapoate as the motor heats up.

i'm doing the leakdown later on today to check to make sure its not a head gasket

as for long runs maybe 5 minutes. ENough to get it from where the tow truck dropped it off in my driveway into my garage.

If it's just the intake, replace the gasket and put it back together. Of course, get out all the chocolate mile that you can in the lifter valley etc. Fill it will 3 quarts cheap oil and two quarts diesel. The diesel is much better for cutting the skank out. The diesel also has lubricating qualities. Just run it for about 10 minutes then drain the diesel/oil/water. Replace the filter. Fill with oil, if there is still water, drain two quarts of the oil and replace it with diesel again. Just do it until there is no more water. The engine will boil out minute bits of water, but if it looks really emulsified, keep changing. Usually one round with the diesel will do it. Don't ask me how I know.

You might have a hard time telling if the head gasket is bad if you don't have it buttoned up and have water in the block. A leak down test will work best if you can look for air bubbles in the water. You would do that by filling up the block with water and looking for bubbles coming out of the intake with the thermostat removed.
My guess is that it is the intake gasket. That is a pretty common problem on a later model SBC. They quit using the old style gaskets and went to a composite type. Supposed to better with aluminum intakes. I would do what has been said and just get all the crap out that you can with a rag and then flush with oil and diesel or kerosene a couple of times. Change the filter each time, too. You should be OK unless the bearings took a hit from the antifreeze. Good luck.
