Question Water Temp on Blower Intake

OK another question about a Littlefield intake for a 1071. Where is everyone picking up water temp. It has two places for water on the front of the intake that takes a #10 AN fitting and two places on the rear for #8 fittings to dump water from but no place to pick up water temp HELP.

I have mine tapped in to the water passage in the front of the heads right before it goes to the intake manifold. We use to run them that way all the time when I ran a flat bottom v-drive. I just drilled and tapped a hole for the sender. You may have a spot on your manifold you could do the same thing. I am not real familiar with your intake. I run no thermostat so water temp nevers sees 130 anyway.
