What happened??
Doc, Count me in on the Hartwell event, just be sure to give me as much notice as possible. I did not make the Kiewee tie-up event last month due to the rain...
I am just like you when it comes to the hours on the boat...I bought mine last July 10th and it has 105 hrs on it today. I live on the lake so we take a cruise about 3 times a week and then spend the weekend on the water...these hours are low when you think about how much time I spendt tied up to someone else partying.
If I am understand you correctly your drive wa actually a few days out of warranty...Right....I have often wondered how much flexability the dealer would show if the drive broke a few months after the warranty ran out. I deal with Shaderack in Bristol and they are great to do business with. I would guess each dealer is different. Well, at least you got covered ...Keep in touch

The dealer told me he has had Mercury cover items under warranty up to 18 months.
The key is NOT to pull anything on them. He inspects it closely and shoots very straight with Merc. If you ever mislead them he said they can make it VERY hard on you. He seems to have a great track record with them.
It all depends on the dealer. They can make things happen if they want to.
Take care

Dealer just called, "THE BOAT IS READY TO GO"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said everything looks great, checked out the starboard drive and changed the gear oil, checked the alignment and everything is great.
That is quick service!
