Does anyone know the part number for these? Or even better, does anyone have an old one you want to sell? All I really need is the pump-arm assembly.

Steve,
Pt # 861677T. This was for my GenV HP465/502.
I bought a new Merc pump a couple yrs ago because I thought the diaphram was leaking do to a gas smell in the water pump oil reservior. It appears it is just a normal thing as I see alot of people say same thing. Gas was never in the sight tube, so I suspect it was never bad. I used the new pump arm half only and retained the other half as it was drilled for larger fittings.
I still have the used pump arm mounted on the brand new/never used bottom half.
$50 to your door.

Mine had 2 plugs (upper and lower) on the side facing out. Fill till it runs out the upper plug.
I always removed the fuel pump and drained the oil out completely a couple times a yr and refilled thru the fuel pump opening until even with the bottom of the top plug. The lower plug won't drain all the oil.

The newer style pumps don't have the lower hole, just the upper. Have to be removed to dump out the oil. I tried to suck it out, doesn't get enough.
