One more place to try for Stainless.
These guys are cheap, you can get onesy-twoseys without a hassle.
They have a wide selection polished if you want.

I went to my local Fastenal dealer and got my 1/2" x 6" stainless bolts in two days. I am not sure how nationwide Fastenal is but if you have one in your area give them a try!
