Prop "Labbing" or "Blueprinting"
What type of gain minimum and maximum should you see in top end mph? I have seen it written that on a top quality prop you should see 2-3 and with lesser quality prop anywhere from 3-5mph....So should I deduct 2mph min? I realize EVERY prop is different but I am looking for a baseline.

Typically you will see 2-4 MPH thru the process of Blueprinting. This is dependant upon several factors, of course. You have to take specifics into consideration in order to
A. Determine if you are in the best prop for your application. Sometimes speed gains can be had simply by dialing in the boat and finding the appropriate prop.
B. Then Blueprint and see further speed gains.
What are the specifics on your boat?
There may just be some speed to be had!

labbing results
usually we see a 2 mph gain ,but most of all the propeller is alot smoother, and will have better midrange accleration than a stock propeller, also the planing time is quicker.Darin 281-580-PROP(7767)

What exactly is the dif between labbing and blueprinting?
My understandingis that a blueprinted prop you have all blades equal and perfect. Is a labbed prop blueprinting+, thinned blades and a brushed finish?
