Dano,

Thanks for talking to me yesterday. I hope that this whole thing works out and I can get into a sonic.

I would love to come down to the Cumberland PR, just tell me where I need to be and when. Do you think I can still get a hotel or BB to stay at?

Sonics are bullet proof and rigged to handle offshore conditions, They are real offshore boats not just a pretty face.

The question to ask is what kind of problems???? the boat it self is bullet proof the engines and drives are only as good as the guy who builds them. I build my own so I cant ***** when I have problems but my hull is GREAT!!

Aaron,

Cumberland is the weekend after Labor Day. As far as hotels...hmm that could be a bit hard if you want to be on/near the water. I'm sure somebody here knows of a place. We will be at Jamestown Marina. There will be a bunch of Sonic boats there. The PR itself is a blast...lots of big boy toys there.

Birdog,

That's what those little stickies are for!!!

You gonna be around for the fireworks? We're still pondering...down to Dan's and the casino or hang for the insanity...

We finally ran a bit Sunday (with everybody else that owned a 40plus foot cruiser...man it was rough...just how I like it).

Just started to remember why I spend all that damn money on these things when the wifey punched out the fun ticket...oh well she's usually a good sport and I did get two free "rain check" fun stubs! I guess I should have known I was pressing my luck when she put on that third lifejacket;

Let me know what you find out.

The only problem I have is never enough horsepower! 6 years on Lake Ontario, no stress cracks, no loose hardware, no chafed wiring or loose connections. I had 2 Baja's, both bought new, no comparison.
