Default steering question

I have hydraulic internal power sterring. 88 4.3 with an alpha one. The question is when I am running straight down the lake the stering wheel sits crooked is there any way to ajust it so that the wheel sits straight?

If it's like mine was there is just a rack bolted under the dash and the steering shaft that has the gear on it is a separate piece. If that's the case make sure the drive is straight, unbolt the steering shaft and turn the wheel until it's straight.
