Shirley says that she will give any member 5% discount which is $132.47 shipped to your door.
Act now! She is a nice lady. No assembly required, except for the casters if you want them.

2 x 10, 2 x 4, and a piece of plywood.
all scrap.
Total cost= $0
The jack is real nice, if your doing drives often.
The $132 stand is nice, but the drive comes off in the fall, get's stored for the winter. Then put back on in the spring.
The wood works for me.
22" high O.A.
20" wide at the base
all scrap.

Use a Black & Decker work mate. Open the table fully and the drive sit in it great.
Bill 272 gave me this tip Use an old skate board for rolling the drive into and out of the housing. Easier than manhandling.

I bought the bims racing stand and it works well except it is a little cumbersome when using as an aid to installing drives. I do mine solo usually. I'd like to have one like US1, that is sweeeeet.

I have used the 2 x 10 method. Or you can use 2x12's
Cut 4 - 14" lengths. Then configure in an "H" pattern. Two are for the outside, and the other two are centered in between about 1 inch appart.
Once nailed together all you have to do is lift the drive and put the skeg in the middle, your done. I even mounted the stands on a dollies to roll them around the shop. It cost me $0 because I had the wood laying around.

The wood stands work great and are practically free.as far as the jack one thats way cool. I took my engine pulling plate and bored it with the bolt pattern for the top cap on my bravo's bolt it to the top and use my cherry picker to pick them up, no more broken backs.... stand them in the corner in a wood stand.
