Take a look at www.grainger.com or www.mcmaster.com . They both have heavy duty benders that are strong enough to handle stainless. I'm not sure what the wall thickness should be, but could yours be too heavy?

chit... no stainless here. We use steel brake line instead

Flyfast,

I've bought steel fuel lines that are already flared, you just have to bend it. You do have to make sure your measurement are correct taking the bends in consideration. You can get the steel fuel lines at most auto parts store.
