Hi Darin:
I've been hearing and reading lots of good things about your work and I would like to purchase one of your "Accelerator" props. I gather that this is a worked Mirage Plus which you modify for acceleration and top-end.
I'm currently testing props and so far I've determined that I need something like a labbed 28" Bravo in terms of pitch.
I have a 2600 American Offshore with a Teague 509 in it. I'm testing with an Imco 2" shorter L/U and the boat has run 90mph (GPS) with two persons on board and a full tank of gas. I actually ran into rough water and was still accelerating when I pulled back the throttle so I think the boat can probably run at least another couple of MPH faster. My gear ratio is 1.34:1.
I'm thinking I would probably need about a 29" pitch. What do you think? Also, how quickly could I get one of these from you? Would I have to order the prop and get it drop shipped to you for you to do your magic or can you get it for me? What method of payment do you use/prefer? Also, what's the price and can you send it to me via FEDEX? (I'm outside of the US in the Cayman Islands) Sorry about all the questions!

Re: houston prop
Hope you are doing better. Never purchased any prop work from you but you seem to have a good rep.
Are you back up and running in business?

Re: houston prop
I had not kept up with all the threads on Houston Prop. At the beginning it seemed everyone was happy with his work. I take it there has been some bad of late? From what I recall there were some good results with the Accelerator Prop.
