Default Leakdown test

Hi!

I have a Promax 300 engine, and we will do a leakdown test of each sylinder.

We know the engine has to be warmed up, but is it necessarry to warm it up under load (with the boat running on water)? Just now its too cold to do so in Norway. But if only warm up is necessarry, we can do it on land and indoor. Pls advise.

Any procedures to remember?

Cheeers and thanks, Toffen

Just run it on the hose to warm it up. It's nice to do a compression check along with the cylinder leakage test.
