The stock merc exhaust blockoff plate. Does anybody know what it is made of? Stainless or is it steel? I doubt that it's aluminum.

Default cord

The old ones 1990 series had been made out of alum. the newer ones are steel. i just made a new one out of stainless about a month ago. I still have the old alum. one if you need it. I will just have to find it.

I need 2 as well (not to interrupt cords thread, not pun instended). If you have the pattern or some extra SS I'd be interested.

baja-I know of a laser guy that could cut them out of stainless. He's not cheap though. It would proably cost you $75 plus the material. Heck, if you did that, I'd even polish them for you.

Had a dozen trim pump brackets made. I guess I'll have some of these made as well.

I have a few friends that can do this. They basically say if I make one or 10 it's about the same price. Set up is the PITA.
