Default Rebuilt 330's Were to buy??

I am looking for the best place to buy stock 330's for my landlord. They need to have warrantees. He has found some for 2600 bucks. Is this a good deal or should be keep looking. He does not have a core.

Jon

Try www.ebasicpower.com

I got a reman for my big boat there last summer-good prices, two years warranty, and I had it in 2 days. No core charge on mine.

Most of these rebuilders knurl valve guides and don't use the best gaskets, and don't use arp bolts and don't go crazy balancing the motors. Maybe they don't need it at 4200-4600RPM. But over rev once or slightly overheat, and realize the extra $400 spent on rod resize and bolts and balance is a good deal. Also have seen less than good quality exhaust valves in many rebuilds. The installation is Important. Most motors go bad not because of their rebuild but because of their operation, and installation. Been there done that!!!BBB
