That was me 509sc. Innovation had 20 sets of the eickerts when I bought my two sets. That was Thanksgiving time. $2k was the price. I talked to eickert a week or so ago and they weren't out of biz then. I think they just sold the rights to produce the headers. Not sure who has the casting forms now.

Greetings , and a special hello to Dean, Mark & Forrest.
I just finished stripping the block down and it looks like we have some rust in other cylinders as well.
You were correct Forrest, it's definitely not the headers, we determined it's reversion from the 35 degree boat ramp and mufflers being engaged at low RPMs.

The way I tested mine was : I used a 50 gallon drum , filled it with water, plugged all the ports except for one ran an air hose to to it , put the header in the drum and see if any bubbles came out. First test it with air before you put it in the drum to see if all your plugs are tight.
