I think my spacers are 1 1/2".
I'll check tomorrow.
I also have some 3" spacers but they are still on the boat. CMI's are going on whenever I get my butt in gear. Then they'll be up for grabs.

When routing (or cutting) aluminum just wax the area of the cut first (standard parafin wax, I keep a big block from a candle making shop). As you work the wax at the cut will melt and keep the chips from sticking. Lot less messy than WD-40.
