Out Drive Corrosion Volvo Duo Prop

iam located in michigan and have a volvo duoprop stainless steel props I have painted and repainted my outdrive . A it stil continues to have paint chip or flke off .Also iam seeing signs of corrosion on the outdrive.
Any suggestions i dont plug it in to shore power at all.while its in the water

He is absolutely correct.
The other thing to check is your own grounds and make sure they are secure and making contact.
Power bleeding into the water from your or other boats is the primary casue of corrosion.
You can have more than one annode per drive. They make the round ones that clamp onto your hydraluic trim cylinder. Once you see them getting chewed up replace them.
