Default Exhaust Bellows vs Tube

Im looking for your opinions on which one to use , Bellows or tube on my 454 mag/Bravo one drive with Silent choice?

Tube. A regular bellows on a 454 will swell because of exhaust temp. and pressure, usually pushing itself into the u-joint bellows. Then the u-joint bellows gets pushed into the u-joints and gets a hole cut into it.

I just put two new bravo transom assy on my boat. Pretty much stock 330 454"s , Should I change my bellow's, or will they swell and push against my u-joint?

Im not sure about the swelling thing, there is still water going thru there and the temp shouldnt exceed 180 should it?
