Not to beat on a resolved issue, but I've always liked the real world dynos that measure actual to the ground or water power with all losses you have included. Really tells you what you have to work with. Crank dyno's are great for posting some big numbers but you can't get that at the wheels/propeller and have to calculate wheel/prop power by factoring in losses that may vary by one or two points depending upon your specific equipment and its condition. Are they exact? No, but for giving reference numbers for before and after should really help dialing in props.

I have one of those. Works great for diagnosing problems that only happen under load. I think that model is only good up to 260 hp
