I'm looking to convert to disc brakes. Some time ago someone posted the crossover application from automotive. I tried doing a search but couldn't find it. Can anyone help?

I bought the Kodiak Brakes System direct from Kodiak. I bought SS lines from Champion, as well as the Actuator. I did the entire conversion myself in my driveway, (including replacing and aligning both axles), with basic tools.
Works great, stops great, and tows great.
