What does the polishing do besides make the blade pretty? Just curious. I guess what I am after, is....what percentage of the performance gain comes from the labbing and what percentage from the polishing? Thanks

yours did not need drastic changes. It will be fine .
Thanks Darin!

So you only had to hit mine with the 8 pound sledge instead of the 15?

polishing makes the prop stronger as it closes the scrathes and reduces the chance of stress risers.

% don't knowbut it better.less chance of wiping out the outdrive with a thinner prop than a stock prop that is extremley thick.

Darin, just wanted to let you know the prop arrived today. Dauuuum does it look sweet!!!

I must say, I was very surprised. There only seem to be a few hammer marks and all the blades are still there....

Just kidding, of course. I will put the boat in the water tomorrow and let you know how it runs. 68 GPS was the norm last year. Weather looks good, should be a nice light chop. If it runs half as good as it looks I will be stoked!!!

Default Bravo-Rator

this design has a very aggressive cup on the tip of the blades only, creating slip, as it grabs the water shooting out on plane very quick with no to minimal blow-out,acceleration is awesome with great OVERALL LIFT for increased speeds.

the wood floor is not included.
