Debbie said using lots of water is the key. Keep it wet while using it.

A few questions. What kind of:
1 Buffer are you using
2 Pads are you using
3 Speed on the buffer

I had to consult the expert.

Milwaulkee 7 inch heavy duty dial buffer 11 amp
Two pads, she uses the pure wool pad with the 1000, and a synthetic wool pad with the 2000.
2800 rpm (full speed)

If your wax holds up well in the Florida sun and the salt it should work great here in Michigan, Thanks again for the info,....Fred
