These people can make any demension you want with a hard bend. e.g. not an arching bend along top of wind screen ( However, the salesman I dealt with knew of a competitor who could do this.)
I have two small ones screwed into back of my windscreen - then about a 37 deg flat bend up. I tried some flat alumanum samples before deciding how tall and wide I wanted mine to be and had them radius all the corners to 1.25"
Mine are clear -- though they can make them with a smoked appearance. I prefer the clear ones - "unless you are in the boat or looking for them - you NEVER even see them ( boat lines remain clean). I can try to take a digital pic if you'd like.
Mine are polycarbonate - but they offer lexan - e.g. hockey rink glass - nearly unbreakable!
