Any thoughts about my setup noted in my earlier post. Boat's heavy and I never gained much speed <5mph. I also note uneven fuel distribution. My #8 and #3 plugs are real rich and the right secondary and left primary idle mixture screws need to be no more than 1/4 turn out while the other two are about 1&1/2 turns out. I've got initial timing moved up to 20 degrees and the idle can't be taken below 8-900 rpm without surging.
