No Darin - the heart of the matter is my props work worse (on my boat) in every way possible since you worked on them. They blow out on both sides planning off, there is a loss of acceleration, a massive loss of mid range cruise and a top end speed loss. The ONLY variable is your lab finish work.
The right thing to do is issue a 100% refund for my 100% dissatisfaction and trade me out for a set of unfinished propellers. However at this point, I would be happy with the refund and never doing business with you again.

Turbojack - thanks for the heads up. I became sick of the "red line" warranty and gave up the custom boats for stock power. I thought that I was working with a company who stood by their customers, one who offers 100% satisfaction. I guess not.

Re: Houston Prop results
I have had several positive experiences with Darin and for the most part pretty simple correspondence, if any. Told him what the boat was doing and he made it better. No problems with any of it. I would and have recommended Darin for several of my friends and they are all happy as well. Sounds like John has a unique situation and we don't know all of the details. Whatever the details, I hope that you both can come out salvaging something. Sounds like at this point you two should work together off the board though????

Re: Houston Prop results
The customer is now out the cost of two props that are either now ruined or no good to him at best at roughly $900
Plus, Lab finish labor customer paid the prop expert: $$$ ?
Plus, customer's shipping costs: $$$ ?
Plus all the aggrevation and frustration that goes with it.
I'd be upset too. Just my .02

KAAMA,
Not trying to make light of the situation as I would be pi$$ed too if it was me in this scenario. I just think that they are both better off trying to resolve this on a personal level rather than involving thousands? of board members. John has presented his issue(s) and rightfully so, I just don't know if this is the best way to resolve. But to echo your thoughts, John has a reason to be a little ticked off.
