I just built a Gen VI 454, used a Scat 4.25" stroker (internal balance). I am running a typical 14" 168 tooth 350 Chevy flywheel. I had my entire rotating assbly balanced, all is working great. I`ve put 12 hrs on it so far. Very sweet combo.

I remember seeing internal ballanced gen IV flywheels in Jegs or Summit. Did you check them?

Hey Sean, give this guy a call. He has a stack of flywheels in his shop and knows what everyone of them go to.

Try this site: http://www.car-part.com
Database of junk yards all over the country. You need to know what you're looking for as it relates to a car engine though. I've bought parts through this site. Very helpful.
