my buddy is looking to buy a 1991 32 active thunder or a 1994 sonic 31ss where is the best place to finance a older boat and get a good rate and 15 years.

Coastline fianancial out of Florida.they advertise on Traderonline. I have heard they will do loans like your looking for but there is a 2-3% funding fee.
