I think that a complete drop in engine may just be your best bet. If you do that, talk to 'Foul. He may be interested.

i have chasis dynoed cars at baker engineering and bought a few real nice parts from them,they are a top notch facility,you could eat off the floor in their shop BUT when you build your own motors you can shop for good prices on parts and a large shop like them or any other have overhead,insurance,workmanscomp etc that they have to pay for (unlike you or me at home in our own garages) and the 30% or so markup they have to charge a consumer on parts helps to pay for this so it is realistic to expect to pay them 2000-3000 more to build something that you could put together,just my .02,Smitty
