I'm sure you could get some made up for a big $$, custom fabrication. It looks a little funky though with that sharp angle in the riser pipe, seems like they could have done a better design than that. Maybe a straighter pipe with a piece of rubber exhaust hose to absorb some of the vibration. Are your tips at the waterline on your boat?

Pipes are way out of the water at least 8". The existing tips as you can see don't have flanges on them for a hose set up. Redrilling, glass work, are needed for new tips. Not a huge deal but one to tackle in the winter.
I like your set up that is what should be on this thing. My 3.5" pipes don't cut it
