Re: loose pivot pin on Bravo 1?
I bought it at a machine/equipment supply house.
mcmaster carr or someone similar might have it
3/4" x 15 tap (maybe metric, can't remember off hand)
2 spools of 6 helix's . snap off 1" helix's at a time
tool to insert helix.
drill bit
I also fabricated a drill guide out of a block of nylon. to help drill a true hole with a hand drill, while the drive is still on the boat.
I have loaned the "kit" to someone on the board, and can send it to you if you like, I jsut need to figure out who I sent it to last , and get it back ( the 4th OSO'er i have loaned it to)
otherwise. it was about $30-45 bucks... not sure
when you order a new bolt, I think the bushings come with it.

Re: loose pivot pin on Bravo 1?
Thanks Rambunctious,
I did a google search for helicoils and found a kit for $50.00 without the drill bit. I went ahead and ordered it. Thanks for the offer though. I am trying to get it fixed before this coming weekend so I am sure I will have more questions.
