Bravo Rotation
I understand that Bravo drives are designed to run either direction. What is the opinion on changing the shifter linkage to run a LH rotation prop on a drive that has 100+ hours of RH prop hours on it? I see some great deals on single LH props.
In one direction the top gear would be trying to push the top cover off and the other direction the lower gear would be getting forced down against the housing body. Wouldn't the design favor the lower gear being used as the 'normal' rotation?
Is there any data that shows a reliability difference?

Good question, there are some drive experts and builders on the board. Let me add to your post. Is there a concern in changing direction after several hundred hours? Do the gears like to be turned the same direction for their lifespan?
